Lovely home in an amazing location. A half a block to the water for gorgeous sunsets or having your coffee with a view. Very comfortable and clean home, tastefully decorated. Walkable to many restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, coffee and bagels. Would definitely stay again!

This house was an ideal spot for a girls getaway. The perfect New England beach house! The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It is near both the waterfront and some great restaurants. Next time we come back, we’ll rent some bikes to enjoy the fabulous nearby bike path. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Karen’s place and the entire town of Bristol were amazing. She was a very friendly host and the walkable town was beautiful. We enjoyed a walk to the coffee shop every morning and a nice quiet night every evening with the family.
The space was absolutely adorable, and it really felt like a home away from home. We found some amazing restaurants and local shops and grocery stores that allowed us the flexibility to stay in for a meal or go out for some fun.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, perfectly situated in downtown Bristol. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home.
The house itself is charming and well-appointed, providing all the comforts one could ask for during a getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals on the nights we chose to stay in.
We loved being able to take a leisurely stroll down to the parks and restaurants. Additionally, there were countless activities nearby to keep us entertained Colt State Park, a quick ride to Newport or the local beaches. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay in downtown Bristol.

Karen is a wonderful host and Seaport a perfect spot to appreciate all that Bristol offers! The house is exactly as pictures - spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and outfitted, roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Great rental with awesome coastal decor in the quaint setting of historic downtown Bristol. House was exactly as presented, immaculate, and comfortable. Parking is an issue unless you have a compact car. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.

The location was unbeatable! Walking distance to everything. Karen’s place was spotless and very clean. Karen was easy to get in touch with as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bristol!

Karen’s Ship of Dreams was comfortable, stylish and ideally located near everything in Bristol near the waterfront. Beautiful house and neighborhood! Would have liked to be able to open the shades in living area but still great. A caveat on the stairs- could be a challenge with small kids or those unable to maneuver steep or winding stairs, there are a lot on the way up to the apartment and loft. For us it was 5 star experience.

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊
